Good list Paul Watts and I prepared a few questions.
- What is transparency between the company and employees?
- What are your expectations for this role?
- how do you deliver negative feedbacks to an employee?
Technical Rounds:
- What is like working as a developer in this company?
- Do you do code review?
- Do you do Pairing?
- Do you have the option to work from home? If Yes, how do you manage as a team?
- what internal chat tool that does you use?
- what computer that I will get for working? (Ask about configurations)
- Do you have Continuous Integration and Continuous Development?
- Do you write test cases (TDD)?
- What is the average team size for a project?
- Do you have testers? Do they do the automation tests?
- what version control do you use? git, bitbucket or gitlab
- Do programmers have quiet working conditions?
- How do you contribute to Open source?

I think all these questions are important but I would like to draw special attention to the "Induction Process" question.
A company that can show you a good induction process, ready to go on the day you start, will often mean whether you are going to sink or swim in those very important first few weeks.
This is especially important for any sort of sales or marketing role but applies to all roles in my opinion.
If they are too busy to do this, or too disorganised, then you really need to evaluate do you really want to work for them.
