I have over 20+ years of IT experience mainly in IT Service Desk and Infrastructure Support and nearly 8 years in Broadcasting technologies. However, I have been working for 1 year and a half with Cloud Computing OpenSource, using Linux and OpenStack CSP inside a private Telco Cloud environment.

Among my primary skills, I can mention that I am a customer-oriented, problem-solving, committed person, team player, proactive, focused, fast learner, technology enthusiast, good in communications, flexible, and can work independently.

I am constantly willing to learn and develop, looking for new challenges, knowledge, and growth opportunities. I also like talking and discovering more about new people, countries, languages, and cultures.
