Pro Terms

Hashnode, operated by LinearBytes Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Hashnode," "we," or "our") provides the Hashnode service. Additionally, we offer premium features for the Hashnode service called “Hashnode PRO” for an additional fee and your purchase and usage of Hashnode PRO is subject to these Hashnode PRO Terms (the "PRO Terms").

Your activities under these PRO Terms are also subject to the terms and conditions of Hashnode's general  Terms of Use (including all restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability contained therein) and the PRO Terms are hereby incorporated into the Terms of Use.

Age Requirement

You must be over the age of 18 to purchase Hashnode PRO. By purchasing Hashnode PRO, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or if you are located outside of the United States, the age of majority, if different from 18.

Pricing and Payment Terms

The total price for Hashnode PRO may include taxes, fees, and shipping costs, all of which you are responsible for paying. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable. Descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, price and availability of any products or services are subject to change without notice, and our current prices can be found on our website. We, at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different features and different pricing to any of our customers. These promotional offers, unless made to you, will not apply to your offer or these PRO Terms.

Payment Authorization

To purchase Hashnode PRO, you must authorize us (and/or our designated payment processor) to charge your applicable payment method the full amount for all charges you incur. When you provide a payment method to us, you confirm that you have the legal right to use that payment method and that all the information you provide to us (or our designated payment processor) is accurate, current and complete. You also authorize us (and/or our designated payment processor) to collect and store that payment method.

Automatic Recurring Payments

Hashnode PRO may include automatically recurring payments for periodic charges (a "Subscription"). If you activate a Subscription, you authorize us to periodically charge and until cancellation all applicable sums on or before the payment due date for the accrued sums. Your account will be charged automatically on the subscription billing date all applicable fees for the next subscription period.

Price Changes and Subscription Renewal Terms

We will notify you of any price increases or changes to the Subscription (such notification may be via any reasonable means, including a message on the Hashnode service). If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your Subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms below and via our website. If you do not cancel your Subscription prior to the start of your new subscription period, your Subscription will be renewed at the price in effect at the time of the renewal, without any additional action by you, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for these amounts. The Subscription will continue unless and until you cancel your Subscription or we terminate it.

Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

You must cancel your Subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic subscription fee. You may cancel the Subscription, including canceling automatic renewal, by following the instructions on our website. If you cancel your Subscription Service, you can still enjoy it for the period of time that you have already paid for it.

To cancel, change or resign your subscription at any time, simply go to your account settings on Hashnode, and cancel your subscription.

Payment and Subscription Termination

If your payment method fails, (a) you agree to pay all amounts due on your account upon demand, (b) we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms (this includes charging other payment methods on file with us) and (c) we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your Subscription.

Eligibility, Availability, and Transaction Cancellation

We may revoke your eligibility to purchase Hashnode PRO at any time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to limit the available quantity of or discontinue any piece of Hashnode PRO or the Hashnode service. We may cancel any transaction if we believe the transaction violates these PRO Terms or our Terms of Use.

Unauthorized or Problematic Transactions

If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately. Unless you submit the claim to us within 30 days after the charge, you will have waived, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all claims against us arising out of or otherwise related to the transaction. Refunds (if any) made pursuant to such dispute, are at our sole discretion.

Electronic Communications

By purchasing Hashnode PRO, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically any important information regarding your purchases or your account. We may also provide notices to you by posting them on our website, or by sending them to an email address or street address that you previously provided to us. Website and email notices shall be considered received by you within 24 hours of the time posted or sent.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Your relationship with Paddle is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Updates to PRO Terms

We may update these PRO Terms at any time. Revisions will be effective immediately except that, for existing users, material revisions will be effective 30 days after posting or notice to you of the revisions unless otherwise stated. If you do not agree to the modified PRO Terms, then you should discontinue your use of Hashnode PRO.

Priority of PRO Terms over Terms of Use

In the event of any conflict between these PRO Terms and our Terms of Use, these PRO Terms shall prevail.
