I don't have a well-organized resources at hand now but for example, whenever you share what you are learning or your work with others in public, you get feedback on how well you are doing, where you're making mistakes and how you can improve. And by doing this you get to build a network of like-minded people around you, which likely can help you land a job.
It's important to remember that software development is a collaborative effort, and building good relationships with your colleagues and superiors is crucial to your success as well. It's something I will definitely have to improve on.
