An insightful read. Much appreciated Javier.
Truly appreciate it mibrahim-dev. You're my first ever comment, so you've given me a big push π
Thanks for the inspirational post.
Glad you like it! π
Hi Javier Sanchez Fernandez,
Very interesting article. Definitely a must read for all developers.
Thanks.
I'm afraid senior developers won't need any of these advice. But thanks a lot, I really appreciate it!
Some solid facts put out there! Thanks for sharing :)
Glad you've liked it!
Thanks for sharing insightful advice and tips I need to hear.
Keep pushing! and don't hesitate to reach out if you something specific. I'm willing to help with my little knowledge π
Very encouraging for people entering Tech considering the prevalence of imposter syndrome.
Unfortunately, imposter syndrome never goes away. As we grow we constantly feel that we don't know what weβre doing because we're doing bigger things that push us to the edge.
I was asking these questions everyday to myself but now I have answers. Thanks Javi.
Great post... All the things in the post I am experiencing as a Junior developer. Reading this post I got motivated that's it's normal for Junior as I used to think that I am doing something wrong and going in a wrong direction.
Thanks for this
That was my intention, giving that little push that we all need! Happy to help π
This is the best thing I read today!! β¨ Love how you covered every aspect of a junior dev's life. Thanks for sharing.
This was a great read and very much needed thank you

man!! learnt a lot from your articleJavi Sanchez !! as a junior developer i would definitely follow your advice sir!!!
Glad to know it helped! But please, don't follow my advice blindly, I don't know that much. Always assess what I say, and please leave a comment and tell me. That way I'll be able to correct the mistakes.
I've just created a new Twitter account, I'll be posting tips and resources. But if you wanna chat, just DM me! @javisnchztech

I could have done with an article like this when I first started my coding journey.
Glad to hear that! I want to help juniors like me grow. Do you find that I've missed something?
You covered most topics already which is good. I would just add becoming active on social media and joining communities to boost your network. And to start writing so that your can document your journey and use it as a learning resource.
Another thing that junior developers could do is build products and launch them on ProductHunt and Gumroad. This can be a good way to get into tech and along the way you will pickup business, networking, marketing and sales skills.
Andrew Baisden thanks so much for that!
I'll add a new section, really clever advice!
Hey Javier, thankyou so much for this post. It boosted my spirit as a youngiee and could get some great insights and things to improve.
Nice to hear that, keep pushing. With work, time will make you a great developer! π
Thank you for the advice. Iβll be sure to take something away from this
This is such a good read! Got to understand so many things! Thanks for writing!
This is an excellent advice article for people new to this field and still learning. Thank you!

Clearly one of the best junior advices and motivational article I ever read. Thank you for that
Don't rush is one of the very important tips π.
Slow down, take a step back to get a picture of your code. Please ask if you don't know the correct answer. Don't make assumptions.
Slow down to get faster, don't move fast break things.
Nice
Well definitive and descriptive. Really enjoyed it.
It's Really Inspired and it's hoping me a lotπ
The advice about Git is spot on. It's the foundation of your tech stack.
From one Javi to another this has being a very insightful article. Great job and indeed it helped.
Javi
Me alegro! π
Thanks for the wonderful motivation. I'm 13 and most times, I feel like I'm too young to be a web developer (I'm not even a junior developer π ). I started web development when I was 11 and thanks to you, I know how to improve my knowledge on my field of study. I know I may be too young for this, but I hope that I can help others the way you've helped me.
Let me tell you that you'd probably be a way better developer than not just only me, but all the people you read about. Starting that young gives you ages to improve and build stuff. You have "almost infinite time" compared with an adult. So use it wisely!
But don't forget to have fun with your friends, that's essential, and more at your age! π
I've just created a new Twitter account, if you want to DM me, feel free! @javisnchztech
I've read it and bookmarked it too thank you
You don't know how much that means to me. I only bookmark things I've really liked and consider essential! Hope that helped! π
